By improving and creating new legal tools, BWLAP provides attorneys and advocates with an updated source of creative legal options, including
technical assistance packets about legal issues affecting battered women and the Domestic Abuse Case Summary.

Each year, BWLAP produces a summary of new laws and a case law update. These materials are used as the basis for BWLAP's annual New Laws training,
conducted statewide each fall.
