October is domestic violence awareness month and BWLAP will host its annual fundraiser to support ongoing work on behalf of battered women and children.
We invite you to celebrate with the Battered Women’s Legal Advocacy Project (BWLAP) at the 2011 Journey of Hope Benefit on October 20. Please attend our Benefit to help us raise money to continue the efforts of BWLAP to keep battered women and children safe while holding batterers accountable. The Journey of Hope event will include good food, an awards ceremony, and a silent auction.
BWLAP is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing legal advice and consultation to battered women and children, legal advocates, attorneys, and other service providers throughout the state of Minnesota. It is the only organization of its kind in Minnesota.
